On Friday we ran a complimentary workshop with Helen Neary coaching psychologist exploring the midlife both physically and emotionally. It was a fun evening with some important take home messages and the feedback has been great. Due to the generosity of local businesses ( The Green House Hair, Victoria Jane Beauty, The Woolpack, Pure Therapies, Hunters Lodge, Psychology Chartered and Cotton Element) our raffle raised over £150 for Safe in Sussex.
