Attending an appointment with me during covid 19

I’ve been offering remote consultations since March and my tech skills continue to improve! I can now offer face to face appointments providing I’ve completed a screening process with you. This is a questionnaire that can be completed via email or phone.
The clinic room is clean and well ventilated. There’s plenty of time between patients for more cleaning and as I don’t have a waiting room no hanging about! Please arrive in time for your appointment but not early, you can come into the clinic without touching anything and please don’t wear gloves. There’s hand washing and hand sanitiser available. In line with my professional guidelines I will using PPE.
