Pelvic floor muscles

From pregnancy to menopause pelvic floor muscles are vital in supporting our organs especially the bladder. They are no different to other muscles, they can become weak and not work as effectively. This can result in urinary incontinence. Specialist assessment by a specialist physiotherapist can get you working the right muscles in the right way – not all exercise programmes are the same!
