  • Our small Pilates classes focus on improving core strength, posture, flexibility and body awareness. Led by experienced physiotherapist Kerry, these sessions are suitable for a wide range of abilities and are particularly beneficial for people recovering from injury, managing back pain or looking to improve strength and mobility in a safe and supportive environment.
